Normally the best hotel up to now during out trip through the US. Everything perfect, but they decide to start gardening activities at about 3 pm - a time normaly to relax on the very nice pool. Very kind people at the reception, perfect room.

We had an amazing time. The customer service was amazing and front desk Juan was very kind and made sure we were all attended and taking care of. The only problem was the lights of the Jacuzzi they could not turn them on, but they did try. Overall our experience at the hourglass was excellent as always.
