Didn't really need the staff but yhe check in man was professional. Convenient because it was right off the freeway. The breakfast options were good in comparison to other hotels. Everything was warm and theyhl had a cool pancake maker. The price was very reasonable and I'd absolutely stay here agin. They also have Dove brand of shampoos and lotion which was a plus

The hotel was clean and rooms are large and quite nice. The staff was very nice. The area in general didn't feel unsafe but was just run down. Quite a few homeless people and the town itself appeared to be barely surviving. The pool of the hotel had two gates which were not locked from outside people. When we went to the pool, it was dirty, lots and lots of dead bees along with other floating objects (we did not feel comfortable swimming in it) and a group of people hanging out that were not staying in the hotel. They were locals.
