Check in time was 2pm. I came to check in past 2 already and room was not ready. I had to wait for quite some time. When the room was ready, the floor was dirty. Came to use the washroom and the sink was not draining properly.

This is a very nice, comfortable hotel, located right in the middle of everything in Bacolod. They have two good restaurant options, including a cool rooftop bar with a view of the Capitol park. I will definitely stay here again when I return.

was disappointed on the service at misto when we had dinner on our last night. service was so slow when it was not even busy. there were only 4 tables in the resto. we have to follow up couple of times for them to deliver the wine. and i ordered cheesecake too but was never delivered so i have to cancel it. BAD SERVICE

Great hotel, great service, good value, very good breakfast. If you like bacon, this is the hotel for you. After staying at 7 hotels this month, Seda has the best breakfast. The roof lounge was also nice. It’s also great being so close to Ayala. The only aspect of the Seda experience I cannot recommend is the pool. It exists but not great.
