The property itself was good Clem and tidy but the bathroom smelt really bad and the shower was broken also the noise from the other rooms was incredibly loud and we found it very difficult to sleep

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful property, great breakfast and wonderful staff! Our rooms were quite adorable and quaint. The only thing is our friends in the room next to us could hear us, the walls are a bit thin with not great insulation. Everything else was amazing!

We really enjoyed this place. The garden is beautiful, and breakfast was one of the best I had in Turkey. Our room was charming with the stone walls and wood beams. It is close to everything without being in the middle of everything. The staff was lovely.

The cleanliness and attentive staff. The breakfast was superb! Liked the ambience of the place. Located up a small cobblestone alley with a lovely outdoor garden to have breakfast and to sit and visit.

Just my kind of place!
Only stayed 1 night on a longer road trip but wish we'd had longer here. Ayvalik seemed like a lovely place and this hotel in a very old building was perfect for us. The two bedrooms were ideal for a daily and breakfast in the courtyard was a real highlight.

We had a Standard room and I would caution that it is really quite small, but for us the room was just for sleeping. Lots of room around the property and view from common deck area is great. Breakfast is A1 and staff are super helpful and willing to try to understand our crazy questions in English!

It is a great bed and breakfast. It is set about a street and a half from the main road and you will need to walk up a tiny hill. The view is worth it as are the gardens, the staff and the amazing breakfast. Mehmet is a great front desk staff member. Willing to help. My Turkish is limited, and it was good communication.

This hotel is classy and well decorated with elegant old school furnishing. Free breakfast is served between 8am and 10am. During my check in, i told the front desk guy that we would be leaving before 8am. For us to eat breakfast before we depart, the cook came in earlier and fixed us a delicious breakfast-worthy of the $26 we paid for our room.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. Hotel stuff were very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is very close to town centre. Room's were comfortable and clean. Even though it's a boutique hotel, rooms were cleaned on daily basis. Breakfast were held on very cute little garden. It was really tasty and there was always something new on the breakfast menu. Overall hotel exceeded our expectations.

New little gem
We were some of the first guests as the hotel was just opening. They were very accommodating. Well designed, super cute garden (and now I see they have opened their terrace). They are on the edge of the touristic city center, but once the old olive factory opens as shops, they will be in the perfect location. They were near a friend‘s site, so it worked well. They are a small botique in a neighborhood, so they need to guide you in, there is only street parking. Very nice breakfast. I wish them much success.

Genel olarak güzel bir deneyim yaşadığımızı söyleyebilirim. Balayı süit odasında konakladık, diğer odalardan bağımsız olması kendine ait küçük bir bahçesinin olması ayrıca güzeldi. Odaların ve otelin temizliği de oldukça güzeldi. Sabah kahvaltısı beklentimizin üzerindeydi ve oldukça kaliteliydi. Otel konum olarak da iyi bir lokasyonda, Ayvalık merkezi yürüme mesafesinde yer alıyor, Atatürk caddesinin bir parelelinde yer alıyor, genellikle cadde üzerinde aracınızı park edecek yer bulabiliyorsunuz. Çalışanların hepsi kibar ve yardımseverler, konaklamamızın ayrıca güzel geçmesini sağladılar. Bir sonraki ziyaretimde uygunlukları olursa yine aynı odada kalacak şekilde planlama yapmaya çalışırım.
