The property is situated in the middle of a large industrial park. Very difficult to get to by public transport. No restaurants close by. Reception is only open until 8:00om and closed in the afternoon. The reception is very helpful. But for the price the room is clean and sufficient.

The rooms in this PC seem smaller than those of the traditional construction and the facilities also minimal. This hotel is almost hidden in a factory area and although close to a major roundabout is not easy to find especially when the traffic is heavy (frequently). Being in this location there are no food facilities close by, only an asian 'a volontee' which is quite expensive unless you intend to eat a lot! However the staff a friendly and helpful and the rooms are as ever clean and functional.

Très proche du centre de la Rochelle
Par rapport au centre de la Rochelle, cet hôtel est très bien situé. Le lit est confortable. Le bémol c est la taille de la salle de bain, très exiguë. Passage très étroit entre WC et paroi de douche. Pour un séjour d une nuit, c est parfait tout de même

Non avons Appelez l'hôtel pour quelques renseignements la personne désagréable. Le jour de la réservation la personne était agréable. Mais nous a pas donné de Facture du paiement de la chambre.Quelques heures après notre départ. Une personne à essayer. de payer avec le dépôt de garantie de cartes. Que j'avais laissé auparavant pour. La réservation. Donc me faire régler 1 seconde fois ! Par la suite il m'en téléphoner en me disant que je n'avais pas payé de sejour alors que j'avais bien payé en espèce. Tres mauvaise gestion.
