Property was good for the price. Elevators are a little sketchy and no free breakfast or any kind would be the only negatives. Parking was great and very easy to get in and out of the property. Hotel is very clean looking.

It was a hot humid couple of summer days, but our first floor room near the pool seemed to never fully dry out leaving a damp feeling to the floors and bedding. Seems to be a recurring issue as evidenced by the rust around some metal fittings and signs of linoleum peeling up in shower and flooring throughout. There was a was of paper towels covering the smoke detector when we arrived. Hallway and room had a very strong smell of a clear mix of many things. My son was not a fan of the smell. Staff was excellent. Accommodations were as described (other than previously stated). Pool was clean. Hotel is easy to get to and leave from and convenient to get around Austin and have a centralized home-base. We would stay here again, but would know to not expect the highest levels of cleanliness or the most updated rooms. We left enjoying our stay.

What's the reason for having a bar in the hotel and it closed at 9:00 and not even open on Sunday same at the restaurant might as well use those areas for rooms

Better price, better service, better everything.
Great hotel! I spent the previous night at a downtown hotel which required an extra $55.00 per car for parking, which seemed ridiculous to me. So, I decided to move a bit away from downtown and this hotel was not only half the price, but had better service, better perks, and better rooms. I highly recommend this is you're stopping in Austin for a while!

Great Customer Services, very close to the Event. We didnot like that the room was not function propertyly , bathroom sink stopper was not working, had to go under the sink to let the water out, not enough towels for two people, ,the microwave was sitting directly on the floor in a corner in the entrance way ,, no closet door,, no ironing board , no complementary meal in the morning anymore , telephone didnot work , no clock nor radio in the room., Not too good , will have to check other hotel next time. , fouth time there, worse one.
