It was very close to bars and different places to eat at, the staff was really friendly, valet parkers were pretty cool and efficient, the parking was super expensive but thats city life! Otherwise really enjoyed my stay!

Not very clean for a highly regarded hotel. We found a bug in our bathroom. Bathrooms by the rooftop pool stank, dirty. Mattress not too comfortable. Booked if for the rooftop pool pictures we saw on the Internet but in person the size was an oversized hot tub. So lame . It is our fault we didn’t know that this hotel is more an adult stay and not very kid friendly. Scantily clad bathing suits showing big butts and almost naked. Needless to say we didn’t enjoy any amenities. Valet is $67 . I guess not shocking for Austin; but it wasn’t worth the money . The only good thing about it is it’s downtown and can walk to most restaurants .

The two night ladies that worked the front desk on Friday, May 16th, were exceptional. Very friendly, helpful, and made our stay more enjoyable. One of their names was Lydia and I cannot remember the other ladies name but they were fantastic.
