The facility was okay. The coffee maker wasn't working. The front desk personnel was super helpful and brought me another one almost at 10PM which was so nice of him. Unfortunately, that machine also wasn't working properly for some reason. The water would heat up and come into the filter, but wouldn't drip into the container below. After a couple of tries, I decided not to deal with it....

The first day there i told them there were roaches. The manager told me that he couldn't refund the cash i had paid until the next day. So, i had no choice but to stay the night again. That night there were more roaches all over around the complex when i walked around it to tire myself out so i could sleep. The next morning he didn't pay me the 4 days. He charged me 2 nights even though he had told me he works twins the nights because of the roaches. He lied to me.

This property should be inspected properly for breaking several health code violations. From my check in period until 2am I killed around 5 roaches in the room. At 2am I was woken up to the tingling of a bedbug on my forehead!!!! They immediately switch me rooms, just for that room doors down to have the exact same problem. Bed bugs and roaches I simply showered left and they still refuse to provide me with a refund

The check in went ok ,but for future reference they need to tell people there is an $25 deposit at check in ,the room was clean and the set up was good also,but unfortunately I checked out 3 hour after my check in due to roaches ,as soon as I got in the room they greeted me at the door , I killed a few ,by me being so tired I tried to sleep but couldn't so I checked out and in the middle of the night due to discomfort .
