Thank you Heath and Rolando for the great bar service and thank you to the kitchen for the lovely breakfast and dinner service! Bed was clean and TP and towels as well as body wash / shampoo / conditioner renewed each morning! Sauna was a great experience and the pool was very clean! 5 stars!

Meh. Needs updates & maintenance. Old Hotel.
Hotel is just older and needs some maintenance. Used to be the Omni before Marriott bought them. I’ve actually stayed in this hotel 15-20 years ago under Omni and liked it. However, they need to spend a bit in some maintenance and upgrades in this one. An example was that my dresser door wouldn’t close. And the safe door was jacked up and wouldn’t close either. So, they would both just swing open with gravity. I had to use my keycard holder to keep them shut and then just avoided for my trip. Everything feels like it’s from the 1990’s. Just outdated, clean, but needs a refresh. I’m sure the carpet has some stories. I wouldn’t stay again, much better options out there.

Nice hotel but old with musty in hall way. Sink and tub badly clogged. Fridge is not cold. Nice size room though. Nice pool hot sauna and exercise room. Lots leaves floating on pool.

We stayed in 9th floor for two nights and ice machine was not working. I reported the ice machine needing repair and was still not available the following day. I guess it takes longer time than I expect. I also checked the swimming pool and the water was not clear. So my daughter and I are not pleased.
