Roach motel
Roaches roaches roaches! I stayed over December for a local soccer tournament One room for my family and another for my 80 yr old mother I had to kill 2-3 bugs/roaches in each room Also I asked to transfer my mom's room to a different one because the heat wasn't working well in her room The rooms were dated and old The bed sheets seemed clean but the beds were uncomfortable There were paint marks in the bathroom from sloppy painting One of the TVs didn't work at all I had to fluff every garment and luggage in my room because I didn't want to inadvertently take a roach back to my home The free breakfast was very basic Overall, the whole property needs a massive update and roach pest control The property is 1 step away from being a motel for criminals and vagabonds

I had a hard time connecting the comcast to my tablet and the WiFi need to better and it was hard to change and turn the volume up on the tv. But overall I had a good stay

Ok but not great
Deadbolt on the door didn’t work and they didn’t have any other room for me. Let me Know the secondary lock on the wall would keep people out. Hardwood floors - no carpeting - uncomfortable and the room had more space than furniture. It felt like a cheap hotel but it wasn’t priced that way.

As soon as we walked in to our room we had roaches, took a bunch of pictures went and showed the front desk and all she said was we dont have a room to move you too so tell the manager in the morning and she will tefund your stay, went and talked to the manager in the morning and she said sorry you stayed so we cant give you a refund. Room was nasty but it was late and already paid for so we slept on top of the covers and kept all our bags on the desk. Also right next to us were 2 big dogs that would bark at everytgibg. Just terrible experience

First of all we were told that no extra towels were available at check in because they were too busy. The next day I asked and was told they didn’t have towels cause they didn’t have access to the laundry room. The bed in our room was horrible. Had a dip in it and was squeaking. The water in the shower was hot, if we tried turning it to cold it would make a loud noise and the whole thing would shake. I recently stayed at LaQuinta in a different city last weekend and had no issues. Just disappointed. Please make improvements at your location.

The front staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and had basic services.There were some areas like the gym that were not clean and machines were old. At times the noise of the traffic was very loud. The breakfast was basic and wish there was more selection.

some problems
W had 2 issues. One was a clamp that holds the bed to the frame was not in all the way and my wife smacked her ankle on it twice getting of of bed and two, the toilet seat does not stay up. you have to hold it up. Other than that it was and enjoyable stay and yhe staff are fantastic
