The elevators were scary so my family took the Stairs fearing we would get stuff. And the side door was unlocked, anybody could walk in. We definitely felt unsafe

Convenient but needs some love
Convenient to the airport, but condition was lacking. The outside door by my room does not close, so anyone can enter without a key. Bathroom tub was rusty and just didn’t feel clean. I found out the day of arrival that the elevators were not working.

Good hotel at AUS but 2 issues. 1) Elevator was broken and no effort made to fix or accommodate guests. 2) shower head only had one setting which was "needles". So hard, couldn't use shower Shower head should allow multiple settings.

This place is nothing special. We did have some issues when we were there... if staying in a suite and using the pull-out couch to sleep on, make sure the mattress is thick enough for a good night sleep, ours had springs sticking out. Also, one of the days, they ran out of 1/2 & 1/2 for our morning coffee, how ridiculous. The elevator closest to our room was out of order and the key cards didn't work properly. On the plus side, our shuttle driver, Oscar, was very pleasant and personable.

Room was clean. Staff, and shuttle, fine. But this is a run-down airport hotel. Any port in a storm, but Wyndham seems to let their properties wear out with little attention to clean hallway carpets, painted hallway, etc.
