A much older building. Carpets were very dirty . The location is right bye the hwy so it's a noisy area. It's tough to get into the location as it right off the fwy so it's tricky . The hotel was very close to UT as well as restaurants we wanted to visit. Great convenience as far as location but the age of the hotel was obvious and the elevator was scary since it hadn't been tested in 4 years . So buyer beware it's not the worst as long as you bring your own pillow and don't walk around barefoot (as some of the other guest did) you should be ok. Stay for the location not the comfort

The exterior of the building always serves as a reliable indicator of its interior condition. The building’s exterior was in a state of disrepair, and the interior mirrored this neglect. Every inch of carpet was stained, and the walls were covered in grime. It was impossible to look anywhere without encountering some form of dirt or debris. The front desk receptionist was neither rude nor particularly welcoming. However, when I was in the middle of our transaction, she abruptly picked up a phone call I didn’t even notice she had her AirPods in As soon as I stepped into the room, I was hit with an unpleasant odor—a stale, watery smell that suggested something had been sitting there for an extended period. The furniture is all dirty, and the bed and lamp shapes are also dirty. After some contemplation, I decided to check out of the hotel. The receptionist asked why I was leaving, and I explained to her that the room was simply dirty. She responded with, “Oh yeah, it’s old.” However, in my opinion, things can be old without being completely filthy. Thankfully, the Expedia rep was able to refund my money. He said he had to convince the people at the hotel to give me my money back!

The wood on the furniture was torn up, the bathroom had a slight nasty smell, and the floor had weird liquid splotches, the rooms come with no care products like toothpaste and body wash so I was forced to use water to brush my teeth. They did not have much up for breakfast, so I don't see the purpose of wasting their funds on a dour breakfast when they could just use that money to buy wifi that actually functions. I should've known this was going to be one of my worst hotel experiences because upon entry a man was robbed of his car keys and management did little to help him. If you can book somewhere else, but if you're on a budget like I was when I was booking this hotel then you get what you paid for hence the two stars.

Remove this property!!!!!!!

This hotel needs to be removed from this site. When my son and I pulled into the parking lot I immediately felt uneasy. It was dark and there were “security guards” everywhere. Most of the vehicles in the parking lot looked suspicious and at 11 pm there were people wandering around and some sitting in their cars. Upon entering the lobby there was a lot of “activity” for it being so late. There was no one at the desk for a long time but when she arrived and checked the group in in front of me it was clear that she was escorting guests to their room. It looked like she had to access the elevator for them. I was very very uneasy and left the property without trying to get a refund.

This is an older hotel. It’s relatively clean. A little bit worn. They offer breakfast from 6 am - 9 am, but get there early. They do not replenish the food. They had empty hot plates. There was no child friendly cereal. You have to ask for extra shampoo and soap. It is close by the freeway, but it wasn’t noisy. If you are not looking for anything fancy, this is the place.
