Hotel staff was absolutely lovely, props to Johnathan for being super helpful; and the issues I encountered were nowhere near their fault. Property is aged. Under construction, so it seems to be getting updated. Roaches on the property, moment you turn off the lights. Bathrooms moldy and well worn down.

We left and paid for another hotel rather than staying after seeing the room. Fire alarm hanging from a single wire, tub was running when we entered the room. Thick black mildew all over the wet window sill. Oh, and dozens of bats nesting in the eaves outside the widows. And that doesn’t even take into account the cigarettes. Or the obvious, ummm, noises… from the other rooms in the hall. Or discussions overheard in the elevator. The receptionist was very nice. Truly.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! First off I only went by location since it was walking distance to Secretary of State Office. We get there & Parking is horrible, I had to park in the basement where it looks like an abandoned morgue. Light is yellow orange dimmed looking. Manager tells me he usually charges $36 to park there per night! Mind you the parking spots are horrible & super slim so no one was parked correctly. Yet supposedly they charge for parking that is abusing of paying customers that get a MOTEL STYLE PLACE TO STAY! So after having a hard time to park come up stairs because elevator in garage does not work! Mind you smells like nothing but pee and I was scared that someone could just come out of nowhere. IT IS NOT SAFE AT ALL because there is a lot of homeless people around. So finally get to the lobby just to find a homeless inside the lobby & he put on a little show. Rooms are motel type , this place does not feel safe at all. Construction on site & yet the whole place needs to be torn down and built back up. Seriously! I never do reviews but I plan to write to La Quinta corporate as well.

Nightmare

This is probably one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in. Upon arrival, the lights did not work in the room and there was no hand soap. While resolving this, the clerk booked another person in the same room (they were given a key and walked into my room). Some of the electrical plugs did not work in the room. There was filth and debris everywhere. Many of the amenities did not work. I would avoid this location at all costs. Whatever you save on the price, you will pay in unhappiness.

This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. Bathroom and roof were nasty. Ground were dirty as well. Autolock door to stairwells and door did not work so it felt very unsafe.

Was the most dirtiest unsanatized , motel I have seen it shouldn’t not be listed on hotels.com. It’s a disgrace. I was charged for parking and I didn’t even park there, the license plate used was not even mine. Hotel.com needs to check up on these hotels from time to time the pics provided are false.

Ceiling leak

Once we were able to check in, we noticed and reported a leak in the bathroom ceiling, coming from the room above. This morning, there were two leaks in the ceiling, one draining into the light fixture over the bathroom sink, with water running down the mirror and into the sink. This morning, the bathroom floor was wet. We mopped up the water as best we could. I have 7 photos, that won't download. Do you have an email address that I can attempt to forward these photos to?
