Not what I envisioned from my Reservation
When I booked room through Hotels.com I booked a high room. Well if you can say the 2nd floor is a high room then hotel.com, the hotel it's self, and my version of a high room are not the same. Also the shower had no water pressure. Very light. The hotel smelled fresh and was kept up. Not much of a variety on the hotel breakfast as well.

A hidden gem. Extremely clean and well maintained hotel. Bar area was a welcome option. Breakfast that was provided exceeded expectations. Close to the Oasis Restaurant / Sunset Dinner overlooking the lake. An exceptional value as well in comparison to other hotels / options in the area.

We stayed here to be close to our daughter while visiting her new home and really liked our room. They also still provide housekeeping, which was such a nice service to have. So many hotels don’t freshen rooms daily anymore. The breakfast was okay, especially for an included option.

If you don’t want to stay downtown Austin, this is your place. Twenty five minutes to downtown Austin. Super clean, quiet and the absolute BEST staff. They go above and beyond to make your stay SUPER pleasant. I will go back to stay there again and visit Austin and Lake Travis!! Love this place!!

Not sure I'd stay there again
We checked in & when we got in our room the remote to the tv did not work & when i went down to let them know at the front desk they said that they couldn't do anything until the next day. On our second day we were out most of the morning & s still the remote wasn't replaced, so we went to dinner & i had to ask again for them to send someone to replace the remote. She we came back to the hotel after dinner a shopping we were informed that the all the elevators were down & it would be at least an hour til they were fixed. We decided to sit at the bar & wait it out but they said the system was down so they couldn't ring up anything. Unfortunately we were on the 4th floor & i am disabled, but i was ready to lay down from a long day so i struggled but walked up the 4 flights of stairs to get to my room.
