Property & service was excellent. No public parking so valet is optional if you don’t want to park blocks down in a garage or on the street. There is a club next door so you’ll hear the music booming from your room. It’s not unbearable but you’ll know it’s there.

This property was very convenient for me considering my event I came to Austin for took place in the hotel. The lobby was nice. The bar/restaurant was small but food was pretty good and they have a good happy hour. The hotel only has valet parking which is kind of convenient but expanse when you are staying a couple night. The unfortunate part was that I had little Roaches in my room. One was on the bath towel and others running across the floor which overall just kinda gave me the ick and then I started questioning the total cleanliness of the place and worrying about where my stuff was placed in the room. The hotel is right in the middle of downtown so driving is a little crazy but fortunately their are a few places you can walk to.

The good: valet parking is $20 less than other hotels in downtown. The front desk, breakfast crew and especially the valet were really hospitable! The rooms are spacious and the kitchen was clean. Big bathroom and shower which is nice. The bad: The room to our door was jammed so it was really difficult to pull open and close, especially with a toddler. We had a 1 bedroom and The AC came from the bedroom. So the bedroom was super warm but the living room would be cold. The living room couch was kind of uncomfortable but manageable for a week. The bed was ok.

Overall the stay was satisfactory. The hotel is located in an up and coming location, so expect homeless and a short walk to the trendy areas. Also, the hotel rooms are not ready by check in. If you can get a good price it’s definitely a solid location. Breakfast and bar had no issues.

No thanks on a return visit
I am a terminally ill, transplant list disabled person. When calling in advance about parking I was told there is no special parking for the disabled. I ended up parking 8 blocks seat and taking a Lyft to hotel. Upon arriving I was then told oh yeah after we spoke I inquired and you can park anywhere! I ended up walking back to my vehicle and moving it to the hotel. No help at all and no call after the desk figured it out. Even though they knew my name number and reservation. I also requested housekeeping to my room three times and waited until 10pm. My first request was at 1100am.
