The staff at the Hyatt Centric are warmly welcoming and deliver a high standard of customer service. Each person from the front desk, valet service, security, engineering, and the food and beverage venues in the hotel are professional and willing to do what they can to make everything about the stay a fabulous experience. I’m going back soon!

Unfortunately, my room overlooked the alley behind the Paramount theatre and even on the 10th floor I was woken up at 3:30 a.m. with the garbage truck emptying each bin in the alley. It took about 20 minutes. Then about 5 a.m. a person was yelling incoherently for about 30 minutes. Then deliveries started arriving at nearby businesses about 7 a.m. so trucks were beeping
