Pretty dirty all around, extremely noisy with clubs surrounding the hotel, I was harassed by several drunk or high people, witnessed someone OD right in front of the hotel doors as the staff watched, no batteries in the remote, electrical issues in the bathroom. Toilet ran LOUDLY all day and night. They took $100 deposit which is normal but it was several WEEKS until it was returned. This property used to be a piss soaked parking garage less than a year ago and it shows. The staff was really great and the room was pretty comfortable but the area and attention to detail was severely lacking.

The staff are fantastic. Always friendly and helpful with food and shopping suggestions. We were on the side of Charlie’s so the music was a bit much a couple of nights and ear plugs were required to sleep.

Everything was smooth from check in with Andrew to check out! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. If you don't like loud music than this is not the place for you. Stubs Backyard bar b q had bands each night. We enjoyed the music but others may not. Perhaps ask for a room on the opposite side. The only other downside is the parking rate is quite pricey at $45 plus tax USD per night. However, I would highly recommend this hotel.

You won’t sleep!

Located across from two bars with live music. Very few rooms where the noise is muted. Friends could not sleep for the noise, light shows, or the vibrations from the live bands! Two rooms had flooded floors that never got addressed even after multiple requests for service.

Lovely property, great staff, VERY clean rooms. I could smell the cleanliness level, for me, that was my favorite part. One of the elevators had an issue but they have a second next to it and it was fine. Indigo still apologized by offering a free drink at the bar or a free appetizer, which was thoughtful even though we had no complaint. I also love the security level they use for entrance to the floors and your room, you must use your card in the elevator to get to your floor. We chose to stay here as we stayed a year ago for the first time and it was lovely, and close to the Moody and 6th St. It’s perfectly located near enough to eateries as Stubbs is directly across the street as well. We will continue to choose to stay here any time we are in town for a show.
