Overall, this day was fine. The first room I was put in had a constantly running toilet. They were unable to fix it in the moment and offered me to move to the next room. I was charged two $50 holds instead of just the one for the one room and still have not received a refund on either one. Unable to get a hold of anybody at the hotel directly to get this taken care of.

It's Texas. If you're part of the rainbow, expect to be greeted with an unwelcome attitude from the desk person. I expect better out of hotel employees even in places like Texas.

I reserved this hotel cause it said it had a hot tub. come to find out that its broke we saw it its as green as grass if they don't plan to fix it then take it off the website, This trip was an R & R for my husband & I and we wanted a hot tub
