Good value

It was a short one night stay. Ofeee re all it was fine. Room was comfortable but temperature control was difficult to adjust. Bed covers were not the best. Others may know this but this was the first time that I had to pay a $9.95 charge directly to the hotel for maintenance(?). Apparently this is for most IHG hotels. Overall a good uneventful stay.

Slipping bathroom tub floor.

The bathroom tub is very slippery. Wife slipped and hurt both her elbow, thigh and back of the head. Thank God we did not call emergency. Ice pack and Tylenol helped. Complaint about this incident and they said they will lay a slip resistant mat.. Hope they do it quick . Room 220.
