The beds were incredibly comfortable, the location was convenient, and the breakfast was fantastic. However, the bathroom showed signs of poor maintenance, damaged drywall, mold in the damaged areas and the water was warm at best.

Our family stay was great! We did encounter with our room not been ready upon arrival,which we were moved to another one. Elevator was not working.Took about 5-6 hours to do.Use of stairs was fine, kids got to burn off energy. Suggestion:Let's try placing coffee pot outside the restroom .I relocated ours to the desk. Grossed me out in the restroom. I can't brew me a coffee while someone else is in there lol. Water was not so hot for showers but we survived. Congratulations on your breakfast buffet!! Staff is top notch reason why we will be booking at this location again.Everyone extra professional and genuinely kind. Hope to try it out in the summer time to use pool.

Elevator was not in working order when I arrived or when I left to go out that night, but Olive, at the front desk went out of her way to not only change me from third to second floor but carried my bags up the stairs for me for me to my room, being that I have a labral tear in my hip which made it painful to do stairs. Thank you to her.
