Was very disappointed: Pool was dirty, Jacuzzi didn’t work, Ice machine on our floor was out- remote needed new batteries, lights needed new bulbs. Beds we not comfortable I will say breakfasts were good and it was clean - nice location , no parking fee’s!

I strongly abhor Hampton inn, after my stay this April. I expected so much more from the brand Hampton by Hilton and I was very disappointed and unimpressed by the front desk staff attitude and the service I received. When you walk into the Hampton Inn, there’s a sign on the wall that reads “Making you happy, makes us happy.”, but that’s obviously lip service only. My sister and I arrived at Hampton Inn on a Tuesday evening and we were told by this man at the front desk, that our rooms wouldn’t be cleaned Tuesday but instead on Wednesday. The Hampton Inn does housekeeping every other day for their guests. So Wednesday I left out of my room very early in the morning, to dine in and enjoy breakfast. I noticed the housekeeping staff with their carts, cleaning select rooms. I stayed gone most of the day to ensure there would be plenty of time allotted for my room to be cleaned. I didn’t return to the room until about 12:30AM the next morning, and my room was not cleaned, no clean towels restocked, very disappointed and dissatisfied with my visit. I also wasn’t asked at the end of my stay, how I enjoyed my visit. It’s clear to me that the Hampton Inn doesn’t care about their guests, I’ve had better quality service at none name brand hotels.

It was tucked away so made the room enjoyable to sleep. The breakfast was okay but not like other Hamptons I’ve stayed at. However I know there have been changes to food and other things after Covid. So to be fair this was my 1st time since Covid staying in a Hampton or Hilton hotel. What I do like is if I had or knew how to activate my Hilton Honors you do except them through Expedia where I got the room from. Over all as always great and friendly staff from the lobby, the workers that work the breakfast in the morning. To the housekeeping staff.

We reserved a pack n play and they gave it to someone else. Even though we had our names on it. So we had to go buy one in a pinch. The floors in our room was so disgusting. They were sticky and turned your feet black. Our child literally was so sticky from crawling around. I don’t expect the floors to be the most clean space in a hotel but that was unacceptable.The beds were very comfortable fortunately. The location is great for traveling into Austin. The hot tub was broken. We had more reasons to leave the hotel then to stay at it but that is kind of the point in vacation right?
