The hotel is beautiful. It is close to a variety of food. The staff was kind, helpful and considerant while cleaning the room. The beds were comfortable. The only weird thing was the lack of a top sheet on the bed.

I booked a night at the Fairmont for my 21st birthday and checked in with Yusuf at the front desk. After showing him my id for the booking, he immediately congratulated and even embraced me with a handshake. Truly a genuine individual. After walking me through the check in process and issuing my room keys, Yusuf recommended a few local bars and made great conversation. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at the Fairmont as the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed.
