The stay was good overall. The staff was attentive and professional. The check-in and check-out process was easy and quick. The room was clean and well stocked. The only concern I have is the water pressure at about 10:30pm, was very weak and was not adjustable by me using the shower head.

The staff was incredibly friendly. Neil at thw front desk was particularly helpful and kind with my children. All of the staff greeted us when we were walking in the halls. The room was clean and we felt safe and secure staying there.

Went to Austin for the birth of my 4th great grand baby. I was tired and need to rest. The staff was excellent. Neil was great. The bed was hard, not comfortable. The pillows were not great. The room had an odor. The toilet kept running. It was clean and that’s the most important to me.
