Honestly, this hotel cost way more than it is worth. Outdated rooms, lobby and pool. They only had 1 working elevator while I was there and the stairs were difficult to locate. Pool was freezing cold. Drink choices in the bar were terrible, stunningly terrible. Super disappointed in this hotel.

Great location and walking distance from many different restaurants downtown as well as the trail along the river. Unfortunately only 1 elevator was available the entire evening which made for crowded and long wait times to use elevator. As well as the lock on our door wasn’t working so our items were not secure in the hotel room if we weren’t in it. This made us very uncomfortable and they said they would fix it after our complaint and they didn’t. And didn’t offer us a new room which was a disappointment.

I was shocked there are no cameras in the driveway. Someone smashed my car while I was checking in and hopefully that will be resolved. Our room smelled like urine and the curtains were torn. Dismal lighting. There was a homeless guy who said he lived in the hotel and told us he had a gun. My companion saw him riding the elevators at 5am while no one was at the desk. This place is well located, but overall a very bad experience. Hate to say it, but it's probably a tear town, what a shame. The bartenders were all very nice. Only one elevator operable. typically a 10 minute wait to go up or down. Would never return. I'm surprised Hilton doesn't have the funds to at least protect themselves with cameras, let alone their guests. Nice towels.

Be aware!

Great stay! Just be careful with hotel parking. I was told they would charge our card for parking but I was not told until following day that I was supposed to swipe my room card for parking and not get a ticket. If you get that ticket they are hesitant on giving you that $48 parking fee back since they don’t own it. That would have been awful if they didn’t credit my card cuz I sure did not want to pay twice! The happy hour and breakfast are both awesome tho! We got our monies worth with that additional benefit.

This was a nice hotel but for the price we pay they should include parking. At $48 a day we had to park elsewhere & walk back to the hotel everyday.

Great location from downtown, far enough away to not being around busy downtown areas but not to far to not be apart of it. Close to shops and centers and restaurants all in walking distance. I just wish parking wasnt so expensive prefer free parking for a place i am actually staying but give a discount we are staying there.

My son has been experiencing nightmares and bedwetting since the traumatic incident involving the SWAT team on our floor. The entire situation unfolded directly across from our room, and it was an incredibly distressing experience for both of us.

Ok but I wouldn’t stay again

Only one elevator was working when we arrived and was not fixed while we were there, the key cards kept deactivating, it was very difficult to get in and out of the parking garage because of the key cards, the food was ok, staff were friendly for the most part, parking is so expensive! It was ok for a couple of nights but I would not stay there again.
