Absolutely loved our stay

From the front desk at check in till check out staff was amazing, friendly and genuine! The environment was so calming, relaxing, friendly and safe! Definitely will be staying again.

The staff (especially Jack) are great! Our toilet seat was broken and off … the mattress was super soft and uncomfortable.. the shower head was super short and we had no water pressure .. all in all we had a nice stay. I do think some upgrades need to happen. The coffee in the lobby during breakfast is so good!!!!

Mediocre

To me, the bed, the air conditioner, the shower, safety, and cleanliness are the five most important things. This hotel did not meet my expectations regarding two of these. Bed was def not all that comfortable--certainly not the best as far as hotel beds go. Additionally, not great for two to sleep in. You could really feel the moves of the other person. Air conditioner did not get cool enough. (We like it really cold, so it might be great for some people.) Shower was fine, good shower head, plenty of hot water. Safety was adequate, or appeared so. Cleanliness of the room was good. Additionally, the breakfast was decent for a hotel. The hotel also offers a small buffet for supper (free!), but we weren't able to try the supper b/c of plans. Great amenity though, especially if you are cost-conscious. Would I stay here again? Maybe. My next trip to Austin, though, I think I will try someplace different.

Short stay, great place

Have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. Its always clean, comfortable beds, good ac. The king suite was spacious except the bathroom was very small with little counter space.. Other than that, the room was good. They jave a happy hour and free hot breakfast.
