We were only actually inside the hotel room for less than 2 hours before a concert. When we got back another guest that lives on the property chased my teenage daughters from our Uber into our room. It scared us so we immediately grabbed our belongings and checkout out… beds still made and everything. I told the manger and he offered us no sort of compensation. It’s worth it to pay extra to stay somewhere safer.

Do NOT stay here! This property is so run down, and dirty! It looks nothing like the pictures! Our room had so many flies and ants. I killed so many flies when I first got there, but it didn’t matter because they were coming in through the AC unit. There was a small window in the bathroom where the ants were coming in. I also killed a couple of roaches as well. The free breakfast isn’t great either. In the pictures it shows a waffle maker. There wasn’t one. It’s better than no breakfast at all, but there’s better hotels that offer a better breakfast selection. You get what you pay for if you stay here. Spend a little more somewhere else. At least you’ll be comfortable.

I stay at hotels alot for family trips. I have to say ,by far this has to be the worst stay ever.. If we all hadn't been Soo exhausted(3:00am I would have left. But was a family emergency had no choice at that time in morning. Sketchy area and people walking around all night. Floors in room were all wet. Beds were wet damp from I don't know what. Prob from the flloors and excessive moisture. Slept maaayyybe 2 hrs at most. It prob was from leaking A/C in room.

This room had lights that didn’t work, a door that did not shut properly, a bed with stained sheets, missing artwork from walls, and it overall gave me “drug den” vibes. The room also reeked of cigarettes, the pool was closed, the lobby smelled like feces. Would NEVER stay in a days inn again after this experience. Very disappointing.

Staff was good. The property was poorly maintained. Even though it was non smoking facility, there were cigarette buds every where. Puddles of stagnant water, not cleaned at all.

It's right off 35 and local to everything. Cute cafe next door. The photos online are AGED. Don't come here thinking it looks like that. Front desk check in was quick and easy! Friendly! Overgrown vegetation outside, pool closed up. We found a needle cap when we parked. Maybe diabetic? Either way we went up to our room. The door is at an angle so there's a little space when closed but it closed and locked. There was writing on the wall- someone wrote Ben and an L behind the door so possible unseen by cleaning service. You can tell they came in and cleaned, drawers were open and spotless. Older lamp shade on desk was bent in, light by bed the shades were pushed in. No big deal. Large crack in sink, large crack in wall. Looks like the handle in the shower someone grabbed with stuff on their hands and didn't wipe it off. Leaking shower but we didn't care, just in town for a concert. The AC worked, door locked and the beds and pillows were comfy so one night was okay. We had two beds but shared a bed because there were stains on the other bed sheets LOL we left the blankets folded over so cleaning service could see it. No ruckus outside. Next morning someone parked between our cars in a spot that wasn't a parking spot & they were inches from our vehicles. How they even got out of their car was shocking to me! Overall stay was okay for a one night gig but I don't think I'd stay for awhile. They need to update the photos as this place needs a good update

I booked this hotel for me and my teenage daughter to stay at while we went to a concert in Austin at the Moody Center. I felt like we were safe, we even walked to the Moody Center which was about a mile hike. The room was clean, it wasn’t glamorous but it served our purpose of providing a safe place to stay. We didn’t have any problems.

days inn stay near to ut austin
first room has lot of flies, very cold and lot of dampness in the room not sure why second room on second night is lot lot better, good air quality and lighting, but doors are beaten up and sink top has crack on granite washtop but functional. Able to live 2 days there. first room rating 1.0 second room rating 2.5 havent got chance to eat breakfast but wifi is good to meet to work
