Due to circumstances beyond my control, I was unable to stay at this facility. I called Expedia to cancel and a refund, but they were “unable” to help and said, I needed to call the motel. I called the motel and let them know I woujd not be there and asked about a refund and they said, I would have to talk to Expedia. No one would discuss the option of refund, so I never received one. I knew that no refund was a possibility, it never occurred to me that they would both put it back on the other. I will think twice before I use a third party to book again.
