Not worth it. Waiting on maintenance is a pain. There quick fixes don’t last and we didn’t have a working tv in the living room the entire time. Daughter got out of bed and slipped on water from under the bed. Came in from the storm

The stay was terrible. Gave it another chance and we regretted it the first day. From a broken curtain that we couldn’t use to the main tv not working and then my daughter waking up and slipping on water on the floor that came in from the storm. Front desk guy didn’t care I was missing out on family time by the pool while waiting for maintenance to come and then waiting on them to get the job done. Will never stay here again

Super nice staff, beautiful rooms and lobby, in a convenient location. Although the TV in my room was haunted (it turned on by itself at 2 AM and the remote control would not turn it off or lower the volume), I was truly impressed with the hotel. Super clean, high ceilings with huge windows in the room and lobby. The room was spotless and very well appointed. I realize that the television issue was an anomaly and highly recommend the Colton House..

This was my third time staying at the Colton house. Overall I love this boutique hotel. However I encountered some of the worst coustomer service that I have ever experienced. The barista/ bartender was so incredibly rude and insulting. I tried calling the general manager twice but no response to my two messages. Won't be returning

My husband and I enjoyed this wonderful, boutique hotel. Our room was comfortable and modern. We were impressed it had a refrigerator and kitchenette. Staff were responsive and courteous. The grounds were enjoyable, with a coffee shop, a study for reading, and a poolside. Would definitely recommend!

Great stay. Beautiful property. Location is not as walkable as I would have preferred. Service at bar/ pool inconsistent. Overall we had an amazing trip once we figured out the nuances of hotel.

We absolutely loved this hotel! I totally loved the decor and the staff. It looks like it’s a new hotel and hopefully stays that way. If I am ever in Austin again this is where I will stay again.
