Stunning, modern and immaculate hotel in downtown

Absolutely amazing hotel in central Austin downtown! Within walking distance of pretty much everything. So modern and beautifully decorated. Rooftop pool is stunning and immaculate. However, the sun isn’t there much after midday. The check in and out service is very easy and quick. Sadly our ID’s didn’t work though as we aren’t American so that was slightly frustrating but the staff member easily fixed the issue for us. Staff were all so lovely and attentive! We stayed for 3 days and unfortunately our room wasn’t cleaned at all while we were there! This was disappointing but the only negative…

My experience at this hotel was phenomenal. Staff is helpful and friendly. The amenities are awesome. My VIEW was the best part and for such a good price!!! Everything and I mean everything is close by, right in the heart of downtown Austin. Everything is walking distance. No ride share used at all, only to and front airport. Love that the bar and ordering food is open late into the night. Literally the best hotel I’ve stayed at in all my travels.

I arrived at 8 pm, and I can not do my check in until 10:30 pm. the guys in the check in area don’t care about the costumers at all. Very disappointed with the costumer service And the rooms are extremely small.
