Fire alarm went out in the room twice during the overnight hours and once at 8am. The overnight front desk clerk was unhelpful and was not concerned about the inconvenience we faced. Upon check out the day clerk was in phased about the issue. No one checked the room even though we were told someone would come up to check.

We enjoyed the check in staff but our room has mold in the shower and on the shower curtain. We also had challenges with bugs and little worms also in the bathroom. We found them under the wash cloth.
