A pleasant stay
Very friendly Checkin experience. Good breakfast selection. Nice pool area with towels provided. Plenty of parking. The hotel moved my room as it was cricket season and my booked room did have a few crickets in upon Checkin. A short Uber ride into the city centre.

Everything was nice and clean except the room was had a musty damp smell. The carpet was dirty, my feet had to be washed walking on the carpet. Other than that the place overall was very cute. Definitely need to clean those carpets in the room.

Good for a quick stay but didn’t feel entirely safe and there was a lot of noise and disruption at night from the neighboring rooms and floors. Staff was amazing though!

Our Aunt stayed here for a week. This is the second time she has stayed at this property. She is in a wheelchair and the distance from her room to the restaurant was impossible for her to reach on her own. She asked if it would be possible for someone to assist with bringing a her a simple breakfast ( bagel and coffee) in the morning and she was declined. It was a real bummer. Joseph at check in was helpful and overall the people were pleasant but it was a real disappointment that no one was willing to help her with the breakfast request. There is a ramp that leads to the restaurant from the room but it’s all outside and uphill. The distance, difficulty ( hills and doors), and heat prevented her from having breakfast.

Good location and comfortable for a night
We checked in to find out we had an exterior 1st floor room which was fine, we dropped our bags off and headed out for the afternoon and evening. Returning to the room at 10pm, there was several cockroaches around the air con unit and under the bed. Maintenance inspected and we moved rooms upstairs and were upgraded to a suite. Unfortunately it’s cricket season and there was quite a few crickets in the room, including in our shoes but I feel we will be better prepared for this in future. I didn’t want to use the pool after maintenance said that’s where most of the crickets were but I am a wuss when it comes to bugs! The breakfast selection was good, but get there before 9am to make the most of it. Overall not a bad hotel with a good location to south congress and walk up into downtown Austin.

Enjoyed my stay here. The only thing that I was kind of displeased with but with the manager did make right was they were unclear about the pet fee? I was told forty dollars a night for up 2 pets, as long as they're under seventy five pounds Then I seen my card was charged $40 per pet per day. When I spoke to the manager Raul, he did make it right Joseph. The gentleman who checked us and was friendly and helpful and even gave us a call to our room. To make sure everything was to our liking, I would definitely recommend this room. Hotel to anyone

I love this hotel. I stay here every time I am Austin. Things seemed to have a gone a little down hill this time. My room smelled awful and wasn’t the cleanest. Everything else was wonderful!
