Not worth it
I was in the room only five minutes and killed two roaches. The toilet seat was filthy and had pubic hair on it also. The tv remote appeared to have blood or something on it that had been partially removed. The refrigerator had roach debris in it and the electrical outlets were not working properly. The shower was dirty enough I didn’t want to use it and the hairdryer was broken. When I spoke to the manager she offered to go clean it but it was already late when I arrived from a long road trip and didn’t feel like waiting for her to re-clean the room. I had made a reservation and the Inn was filled up so no extra rooms available. Convenient location and the manager was friendly and the air conditioner worked good but I will not book it again.

Not sure how this is an 8.2 property,its very old an not properly maintainted, lots of the decor is 70s , horrible maintenance, bedding looked new carpet somewhat but all furniture was old an uncomfortable.

Hot water, cold AC, clean sheets. Trip to Walgreens to get some lysol as the room had a terrible small, breakfast was “not so good”. The motel served its purpose, would never stay again. Not sure why it had a high rating as it’s really nice a very nice place. Have some pride

Overall my almost two week stay during our trip for basketball went quite well, the owners and staff were always very accommodating, and they were obscenely kind and patient with my kids as well. I will definitely try staying here again for any future trips to Augusta……

A surprise in the area. Very clean
This hotel was a surprise. It was very clean and the lady in the office was very nice. The water pressure in the shower was one of the best i have ever seen. Well definitely stay here again when I'm in the area

Convenient location. Clean on the outside. Falling apart upholstery in the room. Hard bed. Found a drop of blood on my bed sheet that wasn’t mine. Nearly non existent breakfast and the coffee was cold at 6:15am. Wasn’t the worst but wouldn’t choose again.

Westbank Stay
Our stay was nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. The room was comfortable and clean. We felt safe as well. My husband was accommodated with his disability as well. We would stay there again soon.
