My only complaint is my car was covered in mulch and mud on the driver’s side and rear when I went to leave. Manager or staff looked at it but said the lawn crew had just come that morning. I told him it only took 5 minutes to cover my white car in filth. I asked if he had a water hose, but he didn’t have a key to storage. He did get a pitcher of water and rinsed the driver’s side, but he never apologized for the lawn crew. I ended up paying $12 for a car wash 1/2 mile down road. Hampton should have paid. Been to all 50 states and never came out to a dirty car caused by hotel lawn workers.

Lost Booking
I go to check in and the lady at the desk tells me that I dont have anything booked. The app still shows my booking and I had the booking protection. The lady at the desk kept saying they had no rooms available. Her manager came up and took my information and went into her office. After 30-45 minutes she came back and finally gave us a room. I had made my reservation a month in advance. I did have to change the date to arrive a day earlier, but that was still a couple weeks before arrival as well.

Suite was spacious. No shower gel and no bar of soap for shower only complaint. Friendly desk staff. Entrance a bit hidden and homeless guy lives on entrance road, but like everyone else, we came and left by car so he was not an issue.

I have to commend the staff, the hotel lost power at 4:30am due to Hurricane Helene and the staff worked through the no power issue and still had breakfast, coffee, provided bottle water, etc
