Overall, it was okay. My room was not ready, even though I was there past the time it should have been ready. They offered me a different room, but charged me extra. 😂 that made sense. Their inefficiency cost me more. Hmmm🤔

The staff were very friendly and most of the hotel smelled great. I stopped on the 4th floor for ice and it smelled like rotting food. The bed was very comfortable and had an actual comforter unlike many hotels. A very comfortable stay!

Was convenient to downtown, clean and the folks were nice to deal with. There was a sound like a motor that went off and on the entire time we were there. IT wasn't too loud, but was a mild annoyance. The shade didi not block the outside lighting. The shade needs to block light at night for those of us that like dark at night. Overall, the experience ws good.

Lots of noise from I-20. Breakfast was ok. Adequate but limited. Weight room had missing weights, attachments and some broken. Pool was closed for the first 2 nights. Stay was below my expectations, but was clean and adequate.

Only negative of my stay was on check out day. I asked for a bottled water. The receptionist said I’m sorry but we only give water to In-coming guest not those that check Out. Negative last impression

Living Second Childhood

Was an average hotel. Room had candy, clothes tag under edge of bed - cleaned myself, toliet clogged we call front desk no one came - fixed myself! Brkft was bare minimal, coffee was decent.
