Dining was overpriced and low quality. Essentially paid 114 NZD for two kids 8 and 6 and two adults for breakfast. We arrived at 9am and it closes at 10am but everything was mostly empty leaving limited selection. Felt ripped off more than anything

Smarter than average airport hotel

The hotel had a pleasant cut above the average feel, with a pleasant reception area. The staff were smart and professional and also helpful. Fresh milk in a wee bottle given for our tea. Swimming pool is nice if somewhat too warm! Dinner in the restaurant was of decent standard.

Great stay

Attractive hotel, great facilities, had dinner & breakfast which were both of high standard. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Only small complaint was that bed mattress was too soft for us. Airport service bus calls every 20 minutes which is a very handy service. Certainly recommend this hotel.
