The hotel was beautiful! Loved the room size, decor and arrangement. The shower had great pressure and was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice sitting area to enjoy a bottle of wine. The only thing I would suggest is that the room carpet be vacuumed to be free of crumbs, sand and hair.

Beautiful property, clean, nice rooms, great staff, and across the drive from the International terminal. Only slight downside is that it is a long walk to the domestic terminal.

Unfriendly check-in policy.

I arrived in the morning, they have my room available, but insisted on charging NZ$180 for an early check in fee even though I will be checking out at 4:30 am the next day. The manager just kept repeating that their official check-in time is 2:00 pm. I understand that early check-in is based on availability, but this policy and inflexibility if far worse than my experience with other international chains. This is be my last stay at a Pullman Hotel.

10 ft away from International Airport. Hotel is very trendy, nice smelling and just high end quality. But the 9th floor restaurant, not so much. Sat down for breakfast, waited about 15-20 min for a wait staff for a menu. Got up then come to find out, it was a buffet. I was seated behind a wall so I didn’t see anything. They could have told me it was a buffet. Food was good, love the smoked salmon!

This was poor for Pullman. Phone didn’t work/ bathroom drain was blocked/ got stuck in a lift and dinner was poor in wait and cooking. Mostly we love Pullman hotels but this one totally missed the mark!
