A handy option if you just need to get your head on the pillow in between flights. The Yellow bus ( Airport Hotels link route) stops right outside. Supermarket and Warehouse right across the road.

The hotel was very clean and the staff nice but VERY BASIC. TOO BASIC for me. It is called "budget" but the price didn't reflect that. For the same price I was able to find a much better place by the airport upon my return. The most shocking part was the size of the rooms. I do not know how small their regular rooms are but I was shocked to see how small my "upgraded" room was. I could not get two people walk around the bed at the same time. To me the room felt like a prison cell. The WiFi signal was almost nonexistent which was also very annoying. I stayed in this hotel on my way to Queenstown. I also booked another night on my way back. I really regretted it but could not cancel as my booking was non refundable. On the way back I decided to book a different hotel anyways and accept the loss. I just couldn't stay in this hotel again knowing my previous experience.

It was very close to the domestic and international airport terminals and was on the bus schedule from those airports. Clean and small rooms. Also close to supermarket and restaurants.

Everything I needed in the room. Bit of a mix up with the room I was given meaning the maids were knocking at 8am after I arrived at 2am so not a welcome wake up call. Other than that no complaints at all and would stay again. (Mine was a 3 night stay)

Overall good

Very friendly staff, quite clean. Sadly there were only 4 coat hangers, too little space for 2 people. Fridge in the room was a nice extra though. The coffee dispenser (also for other hot drinks) in the lobby was quite great.

The property is convenient for its location and what it is. I did not like that I got a double bed with a bunk across the top of it. I have osteo arthritis and it was very inconvenient to get into/out of the bed, partly claustrophobic and the lighting in the room is inadequate.

Great last minute booking due to cancelled flights. Rooms small but space well ustilised. Great beds, slept like a baby. Felt easy to get to, and the yellow bus to airport in morning worked great.
