A very nice hotel in the central city close to the Britomart area. Nice restaurant close by is Amano.

Just an Okay stay this time, had been much better.

Main issues were the room keycards kept working and the first 3 days of our 9 night stay we had to have them replaces all the time. Then they worked for two days and then stopped working again. That was very frustrating. Also the WiFi / Internet in our room kept cutting out all the time we were there. They kept recording this problem in their log book but it never did get fixed. We used the WiFi in the lobby area, which also had problems, but less.

Lovely hotel in the CBD. Quiet, clean and very comfortable. The gladly stored our luggage while we waited for our check-in time while exploring the area. Very walkable. Friendly staff.

Arrrived at front desk to be informed that the hotel’s computer system had been hacked and that they only had basic reservation information. We had a reservation for 2 one bedroom units but they only had a 2 bedroom available. We took it but we had booked for 2 families. The staff were not to blame for this but we should have been advised in advance.

Good location to the ferry and Queen streets and most of important sites, which makes it walkable. . It’s close to a stadium which can be noisy. It was nice to have a kitchenette and living space.

We were in unit 6001. Everything about it was excellent. Two bedrooms, three bathrooms, two dishwashers. All brand new appliances, huge balcony down two sides of the building on the top floor. One of the nicest places I've ever stayed.

ADina apartments was amazing. We stayed 3 nights before a cruise. The staff were amazing. Mark was unbelievable. He helped us with everything. He is really a credit to Adina apartments. The place was spotlessly clean and very quiet. The room was large with a very big bathroom. The kitchenette was convenient as there was a supermarket close by. We really enjoyed our stay there and can highly recommend it.

We arrived early a.m. direct from the airport. Staff were happy to give us some space to open luggage, freshen up and change. They then stored our luggage so that we could get on with our day and check in properly later. Our apartment should have had a washing machine but it was not present. Within a few minutes we had been given a different room with full facilities. The accommodation was roomy, clean and perfect for our needs. The staff were great and always prepared to go the extra mile
