Upon check-in we were informed that the room keys were not working and that the front desk would have get us in the room until their problem was solved. We absolutely felt unsafe and checked out the next morning. Neither Expedia or the hotel accepted our serious concern about security valid enough for us to get our money back. Very disappointed with Expedia

Meh. Staff was great but the rooms were just meh. I asked for a different room bec the first smelled of dog. The second wasn’t much better, but I didn’t want to change again. It wasn’t terrible, but we could also hear the people above us pounding the floor when they walked. So not ideal.
