Water problems could have easily been pvercome by giving guests a few bottles of water. You didnt. Also: bacon was on the breakfast menu but was not available and staff refused to take ot off the lobby menu.

Decent place

Through no fault of the hotel, there was no water so we couldn't shower. The hotel did give us 2 gallon bottles to use. The room was satisfactory and clean. Breakfast would have been better if they had replenished items - we got there around 8am and many things were out and not replenished.

Nice hotel located right off of Route 80. Clean and comfortable with refrigerator and microwave in room. The breakfast included was a nice selection. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The young lady that checked us in was the only five star part of the hotel, she worked hard. The first room she put us in the toilet backed up, was not flushing. She moved us to a second room that had a king bed like we had reserved. It did not have a refrigerator, so she moved us to a third room that was only two queen beds. She was apologetic and did everything she could at the time. We were later told the stove in the kitchen was broke down. The lady we talked to in the morning had little compassion or consideration for all the troubles. In all I would not stay there again.
