What checking in the girl at the front desk was not friendly at all. I was so excited because I was on my honeymoon and I couldn't believe how I was getting treated. I had on my Bride's hat on and she can see either I'm getting married or I just got married. She gave me such a hard time. When I went back to the car I just broke down crying and just didn't want to stay. My husband said no we're going to stay and have a good time anyway. Thank God to my husband because he made a bad situation into a wonderful honeymoon.

I thought it was a good place to stay if you don’t gamble. The staff was there but if you spoke to them they had no recollection. Where not forthcoming with any information that would have been helpful. They were not friendly & they did not care how your stay was. They told you nothing about what was where. I like Atlantic City and have been staying there at least once every 2 months with friends. I would not stay here again unless things were addressed.

Best hotel in Atlantic City!
This was by far the nicest hotel we have stayed in in Atlantic City and we didn't pay any more than we usually would have. Everything was recently updated, the staff was extremely friendly! And I absolutely loved having the wristband for entry into the hotel and your room! It certainly was nice to not have to search through my purse or wallet for a key. I also can't believe the size of the rooms! They were massive, beds were comfortable, everything very clean, bathrooms were also large. And it was nice to have the kitchenette as well. Oh and I also forgot to mention The view! Every room has a view of the ocean because they are either north or south facing. I chose a south-facing room and we were able to see a sunset every night as well as have sun on our patio so we could sit out there for a drink before heading out to our concert. I will definitely say we will be staying here again next time we are in Atlantic City.

We chose this hotel because of prior positive experiences. However, one of the main reasons was to use the pool with my 3 year old. We were never notified that the pool has been closed since September. An email notification would have been nice Will not return.
