The hotel fell off,the room wasn’t clean like it should of been.i replaced the sheets because the sheets on the bed was dirty with burnt holes on them.Bed frame was dusty,the curtain rod was broken so you couldn’t close the curtains.The beds was HARD!!! They no heat,when asked about it they gave use a portable heater.So it was no ventilation in the room.The elevator was broke,all of the ice machines was down and not to mention the hall ways smell like old water & cigarettes

Was disappointed that each room that was supposed to be non smoking reeked of cigarette smoke. Each room was filthy from urine on the toilet ; brown smear marks on the bathroom door frame; lights not working in 2 of the 3 rooms; cigarette burns on the bedding; bug carcasses behind the beds (saw when I was checking for bed bugs); tried plugging in a light and all the outlets were shaking. Lobby doesn’t look like the pics. Wouldn’t recommend

This place looks run down from the outside as it is in the inside. The rooms didn’t have door knobs the beds were not made and the blankets had holes in them. It seems like it’s a shelter place super dirty everything was out of service and the receptionist was super rude. I didn’t feel safe leaving my belongings in there while I stepped outside yet alone felt safe staying there. I demanded a full refund!! I don’t know how this place is even allowed to offer rooms to the public in those conditions. Save yourself the headache and don’t bother wasting your money time and energy on this place.

Front desk wasn’t helpful. They didn’t inform us the ac wasn’t working in the whole building. Online shows no pets allowed but yet there was a dog barking near by. Refrigerator wasn’t working, mind it you was a hot room!! Room wasn’t cleaned properly. I would give it a -10 if I could.

The property is very dim and needs a lot of work. They did not have AC. We were advised that they had an old system that could not use the AC and provide hot water. Upon checking in, they gave us a room that was already occupied. Luckly nobody was in the room, but they had luggage all over and stuff on the bed. We quietly existed to advise the staff. An error like that shows lack of safety and security.

Charged twice

I paid 4 four nights and the hotel said it didn’t see the 4 nights in there system and made me paid for one of the nights I already paid for again pictures at the bottom.
