Very friendly staff. Overall okay hotel. Could use a refresh as it feels outdated. Walkable to the Boardwalk & Outlets. Handicap room not really handicap accessible. No grab bars for the shower or near the toilet. No shower chair.

Everything was okay at the hotel except the roaches dead waterbugs. There were roaches on the wall, roaches by the ice machine, inside the vending machine. My sister found a dead roach in her bed. Like it could have been way better. Plus they need to invest in a microwave.

The floor I stayed on was under construction. The ice machines on my floor and three other floors were not working. Went to the pool. There were water bugs at the pool. Really? It was not a good experience, this was my first time there and what I saw online is definitely not what I got as an experience. It needs to be upgraded a great deal. Even the rooms need to be upgraded. I got a room with 2 double Queen size beds, but they were not big at all. They look like twin and half twin, not even 2 full sized beds they were small.

The parking is very expensive at $25 per day compared to all the other hotels. The pool isn’t very big which is fine but why would you have maintenance done until 12pm and checkout is at 11? That was a major sticking point. I stayed here because of the indoor pool and they did that which was disappointing. Do pool maintenance at night so guest can actually enjoy it instead of losing a day. You need to do better.

Wi-fi did not work. There was some loud noise from the tenants who were nearby our room through the night. ( yelling and slamming the door). Lots of homeless near the hotel area. Overall it’s not that bad!
