I reserved a room advertised for $199 and was charged $234 when we checked in. We had dinner reservations and then a show so I just paid it. The front desk clerk was polite, but when he asked for my confirmation number, and I gave it to him, he told me it was invalid. The sheets on the bed had holes in them and the parking garage is a little sketchy so be sure to travel with someone. I would not stay again because of the increase in the room rate when we checked in.

I found the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel to be a very great place to stay! Was able to check in late (1:00 a.m.) without any issue and room was cleaned thoroughly! Great location as well, very accessible to many shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk! Would definitely stay here again!

Not really the level I would expect from a Sheraton. Pillows were cotton fiber and just OK. Beds were a bit subpar. Water never really got hot.
