I would never take my family here ever again.. we booked an ocean view room and when we went upstairs it wasn’t what we booked.. we were looking at the roof.. they didn’t want to do anything to change it! our room haven’t been touch because of the amount of dust that was all over the place.. towels, and bed had blood.. it was so disgusting.. the next day I went down stairs to talk to a manager who was completely RUDE and disrespectful!! I end up talking to her manager and they honestly don’t care.. customer service here is so bad.. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I would NOT recommend Resorts to any of my friends and family. Why? Because when we checked in, they had our room preferences all wrong when I had called two days prior to make sure our preferences were met, AND THEN they had given our original rooms away to a “high roller.” Clearly, all this hotel cares about is money and not the satisfaction of its customer, rich or not. Once they squared our rooms away, we waited an extra THREE hours for it to be cleaned! Waiting that long with antsy children is definitely not fun. And with all of the inconveniences, the hotel would not extend our check out time past 12 to make up for the extra time we had to wait for our rooms, and in the early morning we heated a loud drilling noise that jolted us out of a deep sleep. Overall, our experience with Resorts Hotel was far from good.

We liked the Resorts stay very must. We did not like the Casino letting folks smoke on the floor. There were alot of fokes smoking all over the casino. They should have designated areas for this or make them go out to another area to do this. Pool was nice but the bar closed early with an hour or so left before pool closed could not buy a drink. But was nice to swim in. Over all I give it a 9 out of 10.

Check in by phone was nice with directions to pick up your keys when they text you that your room is ready. UNTIL I got to the desk and got into an extremely long line of people who Checked in and was told the same line to get to pick up the key with only one person distributing them and taking as long as the people who did not check in by phone. There was not even a direction by staff to the kiosk that could avoid it waiting the line to pick up keys. Then once in the room in which we had four people , the shower clogged up after the first shower and we waited an hour and a half for somebody to come plunge it.
