My grandchildren could not use the pool. Adults swimming was 2 pm to closing. We could not check in until 2 pm so how is this right for people w children. I just want people who book this hotel this is the rules not mentioned in booking.😠

We have stayed at resorts many times.I would have to say the check in process was the quickest i have ever experienced.Only co.plaint would be some of the coffee and breakfeast places didnt open on time.

We didn’t stay because when we arrived to casino hotel we were told our reservation was canceled even though I booked it 1 hour prior they stated after 10 were considered a no show even though I reserved it at 12 am 1am ish why wouldn’t they tell me that on phone

Friendly and Helpful Staff

The staff was amazing! I can't express how friendly and helpful everyone was. I know it's their job to be nice, but I feel they were all trying to genuinely be helpful and informative. I so appreciated it. The only drawback was that a lot of the restaurants were closed because Valentines day was coming up and they were trying to prep. Which I get. But we went down midweek for a trip to have a nice dinner out and have some fun. We had a snowstorm while we were there, so we were limited to the hotel a bit. So having all the better establishments closed was a bit disappointing and limiting. Otherwise we had a blast. I recommend the comedy show. I laughed so much my cheeks hurt when I left.

The room was very dated but clean. My biggest concern was I opted to pay at check in and they actually deducted the reservation fee plus the security deposit the morning of my reservation and after a work week still have not refunded my security deposit.

It was nice and clean. The casino was SUPER smoky and even though we had a non- smoking room, the hallways and elevators reeked of pot. Really gross. Thank goodness our room didn’t smell too bad.

Superbowl Weekend Quick Getaway

Good Superbowl Weekend Stay. We enjoyed a pleasant 2 day stay here. Good value for what we paid, under $400.00. Only issue was the toilet in our room did not flush properly. We notified the front desk and it was promptly rectified. Housekeeping was very efficient. Resorts is one of the better Casino Hotels directly on the Boardwalk and we would definitely recommend and stay there again if possible. Parking was only $10.00 for the entire weekend!
