The initial room, 302, was nasty. the bathroom had cob webs in the corner. There was blood on the mattress pad. The front desk switched us to room 514. The room was better but the hall was filled with the smell of marijuana. We also was stuck in the elevator. the left side elevator would not go to the 5th floor. The wheels on the dumb waiter carts were broken. We brought our own soap but had we not, the hotel only provided one small tiny soap that was intended for 2 ppl. When i spoke to the staff about the issue with the first dirty room, the accused me of choosing the room as if its uncleanliness was my fault. The hotel was said to be non smoking. when we complained about the marijuana smoke, the staff said they cannot control what the guest do. There was no investigation made. When i brought up the elevator issue to the staff, i was told the elevator was just slow. I will never choose to stay here ever again.

Staff were friendly. Elevator was a little scary and when we left out the door didn’t automatically close so our room door was open for hours while we was out. Our key car stopped working 2 am but the staff fixed it immediately. The room and bathroom was very clean.
