1. The whole place reeks of cigarette smoke. Even the elevators. 2. Tried to get a table at AC burger - place was nearly empty, waited ten minutes and a host never showed up to seat us. 3. Check in kiosk went out of service after giving us room keys, but before giving us the receipt with room number and directions. 4. Drunk guy threatened my son and I when I spoke to security they didn't seem concerned. Said they'd post a guy in the location it happened but I never saw one.

The resort was nice overall with the added renovations. Staff were helpful at the front desk, a plus! The atmosphere inside the bars and casino were fun. The negatives were the food options around weren’t very good quality for the prices as well as charges for main pool access and parking as a hotel guest. I don’t really agree with after paying extra resort fees.
