I pre-paid for my hotel stay and was aware of the resort fee of $27.99. However, I was not informed about additional charges such as the room tax, AC occupancy surcharge, and the Jersey Room fee. When I tried to take the shuttle to the boardwalk, I learned that you need to be a Gold Star player to access it. The woman at the rewards desk was incredibly rude, and I wish I had gotten her name to mention in this review. I will not be returning to this hotel. Additionally, room service prices were outrageous—twice as much as what the food costs.

No one is available to help. We called several times from the room and only received recordings! Room was very outdated. No one tells you that they charge $20 per person for the indoor pool!
