Room was kinda ugly and resort pool times are 10-6pm you have to check out at 11 and check in at 4 so the hours don’t add up . Nonetheless food was good at the Hard Rock Cafe would be nice for them to add long pool hours and more entertainment besides gambling all night . Ocean view is better.

The room was cozy. However, the tv would not stay on a designated channel for more than 5 minutes before it switched to another channel. The refrigerator was not working. It took about 8 hours for room service to pick up the dining table from the night before. Overall, the view was really nice.

Great location on the boardwalk! We decided to stay in South tower because it was closer to the casino. Room was very nice, big, clean, and had a comfy bed. There was a long line at check-in but the line moved fast and the process was smooth.

There are some really nice things about the Hard Rock including the service the people the restaurants however just looking at the room Etc it is tired. It has not been kept up there are missing tiles in the bathroom scuff marks all over the walls you don't have to look very hard to just see where they've kind of given up or they're just okay with being okay. But they could be so much better.
