We went to the sugar factory in the hotel, very excited to try it BUT there was one server for 2 tables… meaning it was 8:00 in the morning not crowded at all. We ordered coffee and our breakfast which was eggs and toast, nothing fancy. It took an hour for the server to say it is not done yet… we asked the host what was going on and he went to check on our meals… he came back and said it wasn’t done yet. So after an hour sitting and waiting it still wasn’t cooked yet. We left money on the table for our coffees and left. We wanted a great experience and got nothing.

Overall The room was great. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom great and was very spacious and the shower top notch. My only issue with the room was the air conditioner was not very good but overall the room was like I said great. The seafood Buffet was amazing I would recommend to go on Thursday. Stay away from the sugar factory it’s all pomp and circumstance service was horrible. The food tour was amazing other than prices being a little high food was good . Casino was also good well that’s just I came out a winner lol but overall I loved my stay will come back

Omg.itwas horrible especially the smoking I had asked the guy in the check in counter if there was another room and he said no that All they had was smoking room.i was very disappointed especially when I got up to the room.Isuffer from tension Headache the smell was really bad I'm recovering cancer patient other wise it was ok.
