Facility not clean. Dirty sheets. Toilet wasn’t fully cleaned. Office chair doesn’t lift up, can’t be adjusted making it hard to do anything using the office table .

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Staff is friendly. Place looks clean but has an odor peculiar to their ethnicity in the lobby and the hallway. Not a pleasant one. Room needs some aesthetic repair. Place is dated. Overnight stay is just fine. Breakfast is very limited. Mostly carbs. No protein. I guess you get what you pay for.
This is the best hotel on the White Horse Pike. Very convenient for any business trips to Atlantic City (which I do frequently). Upgraded rooms and interior hallways. Safe, clean and quiet. Nice manager there too.
There were kids staying across from our room that were in rhe hallway making so much noise, slamming doors at all hours. Spoke to Kevin said he would take care of it, but we never heard anything back from.him.
Rooms were clean enough. Comforters need to be changed. And mayber thicker towels. Staff is pleasant.
Management of this property is not qualified to supervise this property. The rules are subjective based on the color of your skin.
The bathroom downstairs is extremely dirty.
The staff was very kind and helpful. I arrived one hour before check in and was still able to check in to my room without any additional charges. There was not any extra charges for parking and their continental breakfast was decent. The room was clean and the ac was amazing. I will come back again. Oh and it’s about 17 min drive to AC.
Kids and teens were running up and down the halls screaming and yelling, slamming doors all night from 1am until morning. Room was clean but toilet leaked, hallways and public areas were very outdated.

OUT OF ALL THE HOTEL STAYS IVE HAD THIS HAD TO BE THE ABSOLUTE WORST STAY OF MY LIFE ! One , upon arrival I was charged $100 fee because I wasn't from Atlantic City ! I've never in my life heard of a hotel that does that ! 2nd after coming in at 6 am with my father as a visitor I was told that the $100'would be taken ! I was cut off several times while trying to explain that my dad was only there for a few hours and didn't stay only wanted to shower since we were leaving to go to an event together ! Which by the way when my fiancé went down to get the shower chair for my father that we were told would take an hour to get , we were told another guest was using it ! HOW DISGUSTING TO HAVE ONE SHOWER CHAIR TO SHARE AMONG GUEST THAT ARE HANDICAP ! Also the hallways smelled like curry powder ! It was literally only us and another car there until Sunday and I didn't get the room I paid for which was a deluxe queen room ! Instead I got a standard double which was said I got the deluxe double which was more and it wasn't ! Breakfast was from 7:30 to 9:30 way to short of a time to serve guests ! On top of that it was shabby looking on the inside and out ! The door to our room had a chained lock ! Not very safe to be in NJ ! Being that I drove from GA to my home state to be at a graduation and was treated like such filth really bothers me ! Even when I asked for extra washcloths and towels they literally gave me just enough ! I don't wash my face with the same rag I used for my body!
