Nice place

I "reminded” desk clerk that I had a service dog with me and he asked me for certification. He was not informed that there is no certification. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room was clean

Poor customer service BED BUGS and housekeeping shortages of staff. Clerk is dismissive of your comcerns and complaints and is unwilling to provide any empathy for consumers . You have to take responsibility for the shortcomings of the establishment when warranted

Check-in was fast and friendly. We stayed 2 nights and the room was not made up after the first night. The bathtub faucet was loose and it was not easy to set it on comfortably warm water, but it was possible. Breakfast is just coffee, tea, and mini-granola bars.

Room was not clean. I only used this room to sleep. It says breakfast included and they got there only fruit chewy bars, coffee, and juice. I asked for bed sheets change and I got the sheets, but I had to change them myself.

I didn’t stay in the hotel reason the moment I checked into for the room. it smell. Like cigarettesIt was unsanitized. The sheets on the bed were dirty floor was dirty. The bathroom was dirty I immediately close the door and checked out. I didn’t even stay 10 minutes in that room. I asked for a refund in the hotel refused to give it to me so I just thought I made a donation.
