Mold on the grout on the glass in the shower Facilities grossly overpriced, smacked of greed. I realize all casinos throw on a resort fee but this is a lie. Honesty would dictate that all mandatory fees are included in the price. A coffee maker in the room is part of the resort fee———-come on😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫. Fees are only appropriate if the facilities are used. Other than the bathroom room was ok but not worth $5-600.

I booked Caesers Atlantic City for my wife’s birthday. We were first time visitors to AC (early October trip). Caesers was underwhelming. I rate things fair, I do good reviews and not so good reviews. Room: we were unlucky with this part, probably because we requested early checkin, but we were put in a room on the forth floor that overlooked part of the third floor roof and a wall that blocked any other view. Not that it mattered, honestly the dirt film on the outside of the window really blocked any view anyway. Casino: I actually give the casino here a bit of a thumbs up, never feels crowded, it’s spread out, and there are a lot of different games. Except one major issue, not just in the gaming areas but in the entire complex which would be the Bathrooms: almost all of the bathrooms were in desperate need of attention no matter what time of day you went in there. It was always a roulette game trying to find which dispenser would actually have soap. Also, they were pretty gross, not really what I would expect at Caesers. We’ve been to casinos in Vegas and Connecticut, and now AC, these were easily the worst bathrooms. Spa: not bad, not Los Vegas good, but not bad. Food/Dining: mortons good, ramseys good, but honestly there aren’t a lot of choices. Lots of empty space in the building. The Boardwalk was not quite what I expected, it’s nice, but we must’ve been too off season, even though it was 75 degrees, there really isn’t a ton to do out there.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night and it was great. Has everything you need check in was super fast. And it’s the best casino at that boardwalk in my opinion.

We did not have washcloths shower filled up water never went down we had to get it snaked the next morning although dirty water still in shower . It took a little longer than expected for washcloths to come and someone to snake the shower.
